View Organizational Hierarchy – A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can view the hierarchy details of the employee based on department, employee, project and work location. You can select the level up to which you want to view the hierarchy details.

The system displays a tree view representation as well as displays the detailed information of employee selected from the hierarchical node.

The system displays the photo of the selected employee, position title as on date, department name, designation and work location of the employee. You can view the tags as available in View Summary of Personal information corresponding to the selected employee.

There are four tabs available namely Summary, Assignment, Project and Actions under the Detailed Information. The summary tab shows the contact, work experience and talent details of the employee. The Assignment tab shows the assignment details of the employee. The project tab shows the current project details of the employee. The action tab shows the links to be accessed by the employee.
