The employer hires employees on contract for a specific period. Maintaining contract details is very important in an organization, as it is a reference or proof for all the terms agreed between the employer and the contract employee before he joins the organization. The contract employees are mostly hired through an agency for a specific work location. The work location may be local or overseas.

The perquisites of the contract employee vary from a regular employee. Action will be taken against the contract employee who breaches or breaks the contract.

This activity is primarily meant to record, edit, view and delete the contract details of an employee.

Recording contract details: You can record contract details such as,

Deleting Contract Details: You can delete the employee contract record that is no longer required.

Modifying Contract details:You can edit  the contract details of an employee. Note that you cannot edit  the employee code and the contract number.
