Record Disciplinary Action Activity Details - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can record the activities carried out by each employee for a specific disciplinary action.
Selecting the disciplinary action: You can select the disciplinary action number, based on search criteria. Alternatively, you can enter the disciplinary action number directly.
Recording disciplinary action activity details: After selecting the disciplinary action number, the system will display the basic details about it, such as its status, the employee against whom the disciplinary action was initiated, and the date on which it was submitted. You can record the following details about the disciplinary action:
The employee code of each employee who is responsible for carrying out the disciplinary action activity.
The Activity type of the disciplinary action in which the responsible person would like to record his actions.
The Activity description of the actual activity performed.
The date of completion of the disciplinary action
Any remarks pertaining to the disciplinary action activity
