The employment unit to which the appraiser belongs.

Objective Mapping Status
|
The status of approval of the objective mapping, for the employee’s appraiser. It could be one of the following: “Approved”, “Pending”, "Not Defined",“Not applicable" . When the status of all the objectives in the multiline are approved, it will display the status “Approved”. |

The “Objectives” multiline will retrieve and display all the objectives that were mapped to this appraiser until date. You can edit the details of these objectives. Refer to the section below “To record objective details”

The “Objectives” multiline will retrieve and display all the objectives that are defined in this evaluation template. You can edit the details of the objectives. Refer to the section below “To record objective details”

Enter the “Appraisal Type” and “Appraisal Calendar” fields in the “Default With Objectives Of” group box.

From the “Template Short Description” drop-down list box, select the required template.
Select the “Default” pushbutton.
The “Objectives” multiline will retrieve and display the sum of (i) the objectives assigned to the appraiser, and (ii) the objectives defined in the evaluation template.

The system therefore takes the total as 70, and computes each objective’s weightage in percentage as follows: A1 = 28.5 %, A2= 57% and A3=14.5% |
