Recording Work Execution Detail

This section enables you to retrieve tasks and status of work orders task wise.

All Tasks

Select this radio button to retrieve tasks at child level.

The system displays the following fields:

Task #

The unique code identifying the task.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Ref. #

The number identifying the shop work order to which the task belongs.

Task Status

The status of the specified task which could be “Planned”, “In-Progress”, or “Completed” status.

Out of Scope?

Indicates whether the task is within the scope of the contract which could be “Yes” or “No.

Warranty Res.?

Indicates the decision of the Customer Service Manager (CSM) regarding the status of the warranty requested for the main core, which could be "Accepted", "Rejected", or "Partial".

Held?

Whether the task is held, which could be “Yes” or “No”.

Start Date

The start date of execution of the task.

End Date

The end date of execution of the task.
