Add Shipping Details – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to add the shipping details when the parts are shipped after being invoiced. Shipping details are required for the Direct Invoice and the Miscellaneous Invoice. This activity allows you to search and select the invoices for shipping. You can add the delivery details and the shipping details of the invoice. You can also view the details of the invoice before shipping it.

What you can do in this activity
The shipping details of the parts that have been invoiced using the “Direct Invoice” and the “Miscellaneous Invoice” can be added here. The delivery details which contain the transporter details, airway bill details, freight terms and details, insurance details can be added here. The system stores the shipping details along with the invoice number.
Go to “Shipping Details” page.
Enter the necessary information.
Parts that have been invoiced using a direct invoice or a miscellaneous invoice can be shipped after the invoice has been authorized.
Go to “Ship Invoice” page.
Ship the selected invoice.
