Using Online Help

The system displays the following in the “Core Return Shipment” group box:

Return to Location

The location to which the component should be returned after repair.

Return Warehouse #

The code identifying the warehouse, where the component is returned.

Return Core By

The method of returning the component that is expected to be returned.

Shipping Payment

The mode of payment for shipping a component.

Packaging Code

The packaging method of the component that is to be returned.

Spares Return

The excess spares or tools that are expected to return, which could be “With Core”, “Separate” or “Blank”.

Certificate Type

The name of the certificate that is issued to the specified part or supplier.

Inspection Type

The inspection checks made to the part at the time of delivery, which could be “Self” or “By Inspector”.

INCO Term

The code that indicates with whom the risks and responsibilities lie, when parts are being shipped.

Carrier/Agency #

The code identifying the shipment carrier.

Port Of Departure

The departure port of the shipment.

Port Of Destination

The  arrival port  of the shipment.

Deliver To Code

A unique code identifying the shipping destination. The system displays one of the delivery codes that are defined against the “Supplier #” in the “Manage Delivery Address Info for Supplier” activity of the “Supplier” component.

Additional details pertaining to packaging.

Shipping Notes

Additional shipping details.

The system displays the following in the “Spares Return Shipment” group box:

Return Spares by

The method of returning the spare, which could be air, rail or road.

Shipping Payment

The mode of payment of the spares during shipping.

Packaging Code

The packaging method of the spares that is to be returned during shipping.

The system displays the following in the“General Terms Agreement Details” group box:

GTA Reference #

The number identifying GTA reference document.

Ref.Document Date

The date on which reference document was created.

GTA Remarks

The remarks or comments pertaining to GTA.
