Tab Overview: This tab will enable you to ascertain the parts that will be effective for the fleet. You can identify the part group and the aircraft model, the parts of which will be effective for the fleet. You can also specify the customer-owned aircraft model, the parts of which will be effective for the fleet. Additionally, you can decide whether the parts effective for fleet must be displayed in the report.

The “Part Effectivity” tab appears

Part Mapping Group

Use the drop-down list box to select the part mapping group applicable for the fleet. The drop-down list box displays all the part mapping groups selected in the Report Applicability tab.

Part Group

Use the drop-down list box to select the part group you want to associate to the part mapping group. The drop-down list box displays the Active part groups defined in the Part Administration business component. This implies all the parts associated with the part group will be effective for the fleet.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model you want to associate to the fleet. This implies all the parts associated with the aircraft model configuration will be effective for the fleet.

Help Facility available

Customer #

The customer who owns the aircraft of the aircraft model. This implies all the parts associated with the aircraft model configuration will be effective for the fleet.

Display in Report?

Indicate whether the parts from the part group must be listed in the report.

Select Yes, if the report must display effective parts in the report.

Select No, if the report must not display effective parts in the report.

The multiline displays the following:

Last Modified By

The login user who most recently modified the record.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the login user most recently modified the record.
