Viewing the quality attribute details of the request for quotation

In this page you can view the quality attributes for the part. Tell me more.

Select the “View Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the “View RFQ” or “View Schedule and Distribution” page.

The “View Quality Attributes” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “RFQ Details” group box:

RFQ #	The number identifying the request for quotation.
Status	The status of the request for quotation. You cannot modify details in this page, if the status is “Open”, “Amended” or “Partially Amended.

Enter the following in the “Part Details” group box:

RFQ Line #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part line number to view the details. All the line numbers of the request for quotation are available for selection in the ascending order.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box.

Quality Attribute	The quality attribute of the line number, which could be “Standard”, “Custom” or “None”.
Part #	The number identifying the part, whose schedule type is “Multiple”.
Part Description	The textual description pertaining to the part.
Condition	The condition of the part, which could be new, new surplus, overhaul, serviceable and unserviceable.
Ship To	The organization unit to which the part has to be supplied.
RFQ Quantity	The total quantity of the parts to be requested.
UOM	The units of measurement in which the part is requested.

The system displays the following in the “Quality Attribute Details” multiline:

Attribute Code	The code identifying the attribute.
Attribute Description	The textual description of the attribute.
Attribute Type	The attribute type, which could be either “Qualitative” or “Quantitative”.
UOM	The units of measurement in which the part is requested.
Std. Min Value	The minimum acceptable value for the attribute code for the given Part #.
Std. Max Value	The maximum acceptable value for the Attribute Code for the given Part #.
Standard Value	The standard quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part
Minimum Value	The minimum quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part.
Maximum Value	The maximum quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part.
Std Qualitative Value	The standard qualitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part.
Trackable	Indicates whether the attribute is trackable. The system lists either “Yes” or “No”.
Remarks	Any comments pertaining to the quality attributes.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the user defined details of the item.

Select the “View PR Coverage Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the PR Coverage details of the line item.

Select the “View Supplier Selection” link at the bottom of the page to view the supplier selection details.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The name of the user who created the request for quotation.
Created Date	The date on which the request for quotation was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the request for quotation.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the request for quotation was last modified.

Viewing the quality attribute details of the request for quotation – An overview

You can view the quality attributes for the part. You can specify the line number of the request for quotation for which you need to view the quality attribute details. On selecting the request for quotation line number, the system retrieves part details such as part description, condition of the part, request for quotation quantity and the UOM. You can also view the standard value, minimum and maximum value of the quality attribute for the part. The system stores the login user id and the server date.
