Viewing the terms and conditions for the request for quotation

This page allows you to view the insurance terms for the selected request for quotation. You can also view the delivery terms of the RFQ in this page.

Select the “View Terms & Conditions” link at the bottom of the page “View RFQ” page.

The “View Terms & Conditions” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “RFQ Details” group box.

RFQ #	The request for quotation selected in the previous page.
Status	The status to the request for quotation.

The system displays the following in the “Packaging and Shipping Terms” group box:

Packaging Code	The code identifying the package.
INCO Term	The International Commercial Term.
Ship By	The mode of transport by which the item is delivered.
TransShipment	Transshipment is deviation from the specified and agreed logistics route for the consignment to be brought in. The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the additional cost of transportation has to be borne by the buyer or not.
Shipping Cost	The cost procured for the shipment.
Shipping Payment	The method in which the shipping payment would be made.
Ship Partial	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether partial delivery is allowed for the part or not.
Remarks	Any comments regarding the delivery of the items. Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Insurance Terms” group box.

Insurance Terms	The conditions, which could prevail for claiming the insurance.
Insurance Liability	The person who should bear the insurance amount, which could be “Self ”, “Suppliers” or “None”.
Insurance Amount	The total insurance amount to be born for the part by the liable person.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the ” View Schedule & Distribution” link at the bottom of the page to view the supply details of the part.
Select the “View Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the page to view the quality attribute details.
Select the “View Supplier Selection” link at the bottom of the page to view the supplier selection details.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box.

Created By	The name of the user who created the request for quotation.
Created Date	The date on which the request for quotation was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the request for quotation.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the request for quotation was last modified.
