Selecting quality audit report for NC report
Select the “Process Non-Conformities / Report” link under the “Audit Management” business component.
The "Select Quality Audit Report" page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Specify the following in the “Search Criteria” group box.
Audit Report # |
The identification number of the audit. You can enter the report number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the reports with numbers having the digits entered here, in the multiline. |
Report Type |
Use the drop-down list report to specify the report type. The system displays the following values: Scheduled, Adhoc and Direct. The system retrieves the reports of the type specified here. |
Audit Type |
Use the drop-down list report to specify the audit type of the report. The system displays the following values: Supplier, Employee, Station, Work Center, Warehouse and, Others. The system retrieves the reports with the audit type specified here, in the multiline. |
Audit Entity |
The object of entity, such as such as Customer #, Supplier # and Employee #. |
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user status of the audit report. The system displays quick codes defined under the Quick Code Category “User Status” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity and whose status is “Active”. The system retrieves the reports with the user status specified here, in the multiline. |
Audit Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the audit category of the report. The system displays quick codes defined under the Quick Code Category “Audit Category” and whose status is “Active” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves the reports with the audit category specified here, in the multiline. |
User Status |
The user status of the audit. |
Lead Auditor # / Name |
The employee code / name of the auditor. You can enter the code / name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the employee codes / names having the characters / digits entered here. |
NC Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the NC category of the report. The system displays quick codes defined under the Quick Code Category “NC Category” and whose status is “Active” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves the reports with the NC category specified here, in the multiline. |
NC User Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the NC user status of the report. The system displays quick codes defined under the Quick Code Category “NC User Status” and whose status is “Active” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves the reports with the NC user status specified here, in the multiline. |
NC Status |
The status of the NC. The system displays the following values: “Pending Deferral”, “Acceptance Pending” and Actioned. The system retrieves the audit reports with the NC status specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve details of only those Audit Reports that have atleast one records with “NC Status” as either "Pending Deferral", "Acceptance Pending" or "Actioned". |
Action Due Date<= |
The cut off action due date. The system retrieves the reports with NCs or recommendations whose action due date falls on or before the date specified here. |
Follow-up Action Date<= |
The cut off follow-up action date. The system retrieves the reports with NCs that have the “Action Required? Flag set to Required and the follow-up action date <= the date specified here. |
Operator Code |
Use the drop-down list box specifying the operator code. The system lists all the codes as defined for the Airline Operator ATA # in the “Common Masters” business component. By default the system leaves this field blank. |
Checklist Based? |
Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the audit schedule is based on a checklist. You can select from the options “Yes” or “No”. By default the system leaves this field blank. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The “Search Results” multiline displays the following for the quality audit report matching the specified search criteria.
Audit Report # |
The identification number of the audit report. |
Audit Status |
The audit status of the audit report: “Actioned”, “Pending Action” or “Pending Closure”. |
Report Type |
The type of audit report such as Scheduled, Adhoc and Direct. |
Audit Schedule # |
The identification number of the audit schedule. |
Audit Type |
The type of the audit, such as “Supplier”, “Employee”, “Station”, “Warehouse”, “Work Center”, and “Others”. Mandatory |
Audit Entity |
The object of audit, such as Customer #, Supplier # and Employee #. Mandatory |
Pending Recommendations Count |
The number of recommendations not yet implemented. |
Pending NC Count |
The number of NCs not yet resolved. |
Auditing Agency |
The auditing agency for the audit, such as Internal, External, Audit Department and Regulatory Authority. |
Audit Category |
The category of the audit. |
Auditor |
The employee code and name of the auditor. |
Audit Schedule # |
The identification number of the audit schedule |
Org. Unit |
The organization unit in which the audit was carried out. |
Select the check box for the audit report records that you want to close.
Select the “Close Audit Report” pushbutton to conclude the audit represented by the selected audit reports.
The status of the NCR is updated to “Closed”.
Note: The system automatically closes the audit report by updating the status of the audit report to “Actioned” on closure of all NCs, if you have selected “Allowed” in the ”Auto Closure of Report on all NC Closure” drop-down list box of the “Set Options” activity.
