Page Overview

 The "Search Checklists / Questionnaires" page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Checklist #

A unique code identifying the checklist used for auditing for which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline.

Checklist Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the checklist belongs for which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline. The system lists all the active codes as defined for the quick code type “Checklist Category” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity of the current business component.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Checklist Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of checklist for which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline. The system lists all the active and valid codes as defined for the quick code type “Checklist Type” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity of the current business component.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Checklist Description

A textual description of the checklist.

Checklist Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the checklist. The system lists the following options:

  • Fresh –  Indicates that the checklist is newly created.

  • Active – Indicates that the checklist has all mandatory details and at least one questionnaire in the multiline.

  • Inactive – Indicates that the checklist will not be accessed while auditing.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Checklist Ref. #

The number identifying the document associated with the checklist for which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline.

Approved By

The code identifying the employee by whom the checklist was approved.

Approval Ref. / Rev #

The approval reference number used for approving the checklist.

The code identifying the revision number of the checklist.

Approval Date From / To

The starting date in the range checklist approved dates from which you wish to retrieve details of the checklist.

 

The ending date in the range checklist approved dates up to which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline.

Ques ID

A user defined identification number for the questionnaire.

Question Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the question belongs.  The system lists all the “active” quick codes as defined for the quick code type “Question Category” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity of the “Quality Audit” business component. 

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Question Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of question in the checklist.  The system lists all the “active” quick codes as defined for the quick code type “Question Type” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity of the “Quality Audit” business component.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Mandatory?

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the given question is mandatory to be responded while auditing. The system displays the options “Yes” and “No”.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Requirement

The question text.

Check Point

The broad classification based on which question is asked like for example, Safety, Security and so on.

Audit Instructions

Step-by-step instruction on how the audit must be conducted.

Reference Details

Any details regarding the reference document number.

Remarks

Any remarks regarding the questions.

Display Option

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether you wish to have only the checklist related columns or both the checklist and questionnaire related columns in the multiline. The system displays the following options:

·         Checklist Only – Select this option if you wish to retrieve only the checklist related details in the multiline.

·         Checklist with Questionnaire – Select this option if you wish to retrieve both the checklist as well as questionnaire related details in the multiline.

By default the system displays “Checklist Only” in this field.

The system displays only the following columns in the “Checklists / Questionnaires” multiline if the option “Checklist Only” is specified as the “Display Options”:

The “Checklists / Questionnaires” multiline displays the following fields as per the specified search criteria:

Ques ID

A user defined identification number for the questionnaire

Requirement

The question text.

Checklist #

A unique code identifying the checklist used for auditing.

Seq

The sequence number in which the questions need to appear in the checklist.

Question Type

The type of question in the checklist. 

Question Category

The category to which the question belongs. 

Mandatory

Indicates whether the given question is mandatory to be responded while auditing which could be “Yes” or “No”.

Step-by-step instruction on how the audit must be conducted.

Check Point

The broad classification based on which question is asked like for example, Safety, Security and so on.
