Revise Part Price List – A summary of the activity

You can revise the part price list in this activity. Revision of part price list occurs after the details of the part price list has been Activated. A part price list that is in “active“ status can be revised.

This activity allows you to select the part price list for revising using search criteria such as part price list number, currency, price list category, pricing basis and the validity period.

After revising the part price list – the system assigns the revision number and sets the status of the revision number as “Fresh”. This part price list – after confirmation becomes activated, only if the  "Activation of Part Price List " is set as "Not Required" in “Option Setting” activity, then the new revision no will become "Active “ and earlier version which was in active status will become “Revised”. (For Example, a PPL " A “ can be revised to have Revision No: 1 in Fresh status. After, activation PPL "A" and Revision No: 1 is Activated and the PPL " A" Revision No" 0" becomes Revised)

Before revising, ensure that the selected part price list does not have the revision number in “Fresh “ or “Confirmed” status. (For example, if a PPL "A" has the Revision No: 1 in Fresh or Confirmed status – it has to be processed to revise the PPL again)
