Modifying part type based pricing details

You can record the pricing details for the part type in this page. For a selected part type, the price factor and the embodiment factor can be entered in the multiline.

Select the “Edit Part Type based Pricing” link from the bottom of the “Edit Part Price List Details” page.

The “Edit Part Type based Pricing” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Part Price List Details” group box:

Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list.
Description	The textual description of the part price list. Zoom facility available.
Revision#	The revision number of the part price list.
Status	The status of the part price list.
Currency	The currency of the part price list.

Enter the following in the “Default Details” group box to enter the price and the embodiment factor directly for the part type:

Price Factor	The default price factor for the part type (Decimal). Ensure that this value is positive.
Embodiment Factor	The amount levied on the customer for holding his goods in the warehouse (Decimal).

The system displays the following in the “Part Type Details” multiline:

Part Type

The type of the part which could be "Component" or "Miscellaneous" or "Expendables", or "Tool" or "Consumable" or "Raw Material" or "Kit.

Enter the following fields in the “Part Type Details” multiline:

Price Factor	The price factor for the part type (Decimal). Ensure that this value is positive.
Embodiment Factor	The amount levied on the customer for holding his goods in the warehouse (Decimal).

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the part type.
Click the “Update Pricing” pushbutton to update the pricing details for the part type.
