• Select the “View UOM Conversion” link at the bottom of the page to view the UOM conversion details of the part.

• Select the “View Kit Composition” link at the bottom of the page to view the kit composition details of the part.

• Select the "View Part Groups Association" link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the part group associated to the part.

• Select the “View Maintenance Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the maintenance information for the part.

Viewing main details of the part – An overview

The main details of the part are displayed:

Part Identification Details

• The part number

• The reference status of the part

• The textual description of the part

•  Key word identifying the part

• The type to which the part belongs

•  The category to which the part belongs

OEM details

• The manufacturer part number

•  The name of the manufacturer

• The Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code

•  The NATO Supply Code for Manufacturer number (NSCM)

Design details

• The previous part number

• The prime part number

• The base part number

•  Modification status number

•  The number identifying the drawing reference document

•  The revision number of the drawing reference document

• The type to which the source document belongs

• The source document number

•  The revision number of the source document

•  The specification of the material composition of the part

Basic part details

• Whether the part is serial or lot controlled

• If the part is serial controlled, the method used to generate the serial numbers which could be “Automatic Generation” or “Manufacturer Sl No”.

• The numbering type to be followed while generating serial numbers and lot numbers

• Standard cost of the part

• The base currency of the login organizational unit

• The planning type of the part

•  The expense type of the part

• The minimum and maximum shelf life of the part

•  The alert value, which indicates that the minimum shelf life of the part is nearing expiry

•  The stock UOM defined for the part

• The part account group associated to the part

Physical details

• The gross volume and weight of the part

• The unit of measurement in which the volume of the part is measured

• The unit of measurement in which the part is weighed

Other details

• Any user-defined detail regarding the part

• NSN

• Primary aircraft model
