The “View Parts Main Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Part Identification Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part, for which the details are displayed.

Reference Status

The reference status of the part. It could be “Under Creation”, “Active” or “Inactive”.

 
  • Under Creation – indicates that the part information details are not complete.

 
  • Active – indicates that the part information details are complete.

 
  • Inactive – indicates that the part number is no longer in use.

Part Description

A textual description of the part.

Zoom facility available

Key Word

The keyword used to easily identify the part.

Part Type

The type of the part. The part could be of type “Raw Material”, “Component”, “Expendable”, “Tool”, “Consumable”, “Kit” or "Miscellaneous".

Part Category

The category of the part.

The system displays the following field in the “Other Details” group box:

NSN

The National Stock Number of the part.

Primary Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the primary aircraft model.

User Defined Detail 1

Any user-defined information regarding the part.

User Defined Detail 2

Any user-defined information regarding the part.

User Defined Detail 3

Any user-defined information regarding the part.

Primary Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the primary aircraft model.

Remarks

Remarks or comments regarding the part.

The system displays the following field in the “Attachments” group box:

File Name

The name of the file used for document reference that is associated with the part

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created by

The login ID of the user who created the part details.

Create Date

The date on which the part details were created.

Last Modified by

The login ID of the user who last modified the part details.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the part details were last modified.

Source

The OU that is the source of Part # information.

Owner

The OU that is the owner of Part # information.
