Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the external license. The system lists the values ‘Active’ and ‘Inactive’ along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Legal Regulation

Use the drop-down list box to specify the legal Regulation. The system lists all the values defined under the Quick Code Type 'Legal Regulation' in the “Create Quick Code” screen in “Part Administration” business component, along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

License Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the license. Mandatory. The system lists all the values defined under the Quick Code Type 'License Type' in the “Create Quick Codes” screen in “Part Administration” business component, along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Valid From

The starting date in the range of dates from which the External license is valid.

Valid To

The ending date in the range of dates up to which the External license is valid.

Part #

The number identifying the part for which the external license details is to be retrieved.

Strip Part #

The number identifying the strip part.

Part Description

The description of the part.

Part Type

Use the Part Type drop-down list box to specify the type of the part that is to be retrieved. The system lists all the standard Part Type values along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Category

Use the Part Category drop-down list box to specify the category of the part that is to be retrieved. The system lists all the quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'Part Category' in the “Create Quick Code” screen of the current business component, along with a blank value.

Part Group

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part group that is to be retrieved. The system lists all the Part Groups defined in the “Create Part/Service Groups” screen of the current business component along with a blank value.

Mfr Part #

The manufacturer number of the part.

Mfr. #

The number identifying the manufacturer of the part.

Mfr. Country

Use the drop-down list box to specify the manufacturer country of the part. The system lists all the Quick Codes defined in the “Create Quick Codes” screen of the “Common Master” business component along with a blank value.

Comp. Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the trade compliance code. The system lists all the quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'Comp. Code Type' in the “Create Quick Code” screen of the current business component along with a blank value.
