Partner Function popup
The “Partner Function” popup enables the user to record the details and nature of Partner Function. In this screen, the Partner Nature, Partner Code, Name, Address and contact details of the supporting organizations can be identified.
Click the hyperlinked value displayed in the ‘Partner Function’ field in the multiline of the “Maintain External License” screen. The “Partner Function” pop-up appears.
Enter the following fields in the multiline:
Partner Nature |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the partner function. Mandatory. The system lists all the values defined under the Quick Code Type 'Partner Nature' in the “Create Quick Code” screen in “Part Administration” business component, along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Partner Code |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the partner code. Mandatory. The system lists all the Quick Codes defined in the “Create Quick Codes” screen in the “Common Master” business component, along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Partner Description |
The description of the partner. Mandatory. |
Address |
The address of the partner code. Mandatory. |
City |
The city of the partner code. |
State |
The state of the partner code. |
Zip Code |
The zip code of the partner code. |
Country |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the country of the partner code. The system lists all the Country Codes defined in the “Create Quick Codes” screen in the “Common Master” business component. Mandatory. |
Phone No. |
The phone number for the partner code. |
Fax |
The fax number for the partner code. |
The E-Mail for the partner code. |
The system displays the following fields:
Restricted? |
The concatenation of the restriction status and the restriction code of the Partner Nature as defined in the “Manage Part and Trade Restrictions” screen of the “Aircraft” business component (with Entity Type as 'Partner Nature' and Entity # as ‘Partner Nature code’) with Current date lying on or in between the Effective From/To Dates. Example: "Yes || <Restriction Code>". |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to record the details of the partner function.
