Recording Customer Details

This tab provides the ability to map the Customers for whom the MRO Warranty Agreement is applicable. This tab identifies various Customers for whom the warranty agreement is valid. This tab includes the information at Customer # or at Customer Group level.

If the Customer # or Customer Group is mentioned here, then the document is valid only for the work done against AME/SWO raised for Components/Aircraft mapped to that customer.

Enter the following fields:

Customer #

The customer number for whom the MRO Warranty Agreement is applicable.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following field:

Customer Name

The name of the customer for whom the MRO Warranty Agreement is applicable.

Enter the following fields:

Customer Group	Use the drop-down list box to specify the Customer Group. The system lists all the “Active” Customer Groups defined in the “Create Customer Group” activity of the “Customer” business component.
Contract References	The contract references of the customer.
Remarks	Any remarks pertaining to the customer coverage.
File Name	The name of the file that contains the Contract Reference details. Help facility available.

The system displays the following fields:

Operator Name	The operator name of the maintenance operator mapped to customer.
Customer Category	The category of the customer.
Customer Status	The status of the customer.

Click the hyperlinked “View File” to view the customer details.
Enter the following field:

Customer Coverage Notes

Any textual notes on Customer coverage.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to map the Customers for whom the MRO Warranty Agreement is applicable.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Part Details” tab page to specify the Parts covered under the Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Warranty Details” tab page to specify the combination of the Part – Customer Account attributes covered under the Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Warranty Terms” tab page to identify the terms of Warranty offered like the Claim Remedy, Costs covered under warranty, Failed part disposition, etc.
Select the “Aircraft Details” tab page to map the Aircrafts covered under the MRO Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Other Details” tab page to define the general inclusion and/or exclusion terms against an MRO Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Back Billing Details” tab page to define the back billing information against an MRO Warranty Agreement.
