This page allows you to view the details of the selected document. Tell me more.

The “View Document Information” page appears.

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Document Details” group box:

Document #

The number identifying the document whose details are to be viewed.

Revision #

The revision number of the document.

Document Title

The name of the document.

Zoom facility available.

Document Subject

A brief description about the document.

Zoom facility available.

Document Type

The type of the document.

Status

The status of the document.

Ref. Doc Type

The type of the reference document.

Ref. Doc Details

Any details pertaining to the reference document.

The system displays the following fields in the “Library Details” group box:

Library #

The number identifying the library to which the document belongs.

Library Name

The name of the library.

The system displays the following fields in the “Additional Details” group box:

Document Purpose

The purpose of the document.

Document Class

The class to which the document belongs.

Document Nature

The nature of the document.

Document Category

The category to which the document belongs.

Std. Distribution #

The number identifying the standard distribution list associated with the document, for which members have received  the document.

Dist. Name

The name of the standard distribution list.

No. of Copies

The total number of copies of the document maintained in the library.

Usable Copies

The total number of copies that are in usable condition.

Discarded Copies

The total number of copies that are in discarded condition.

Applicability Level

The applicability level of the document, which could be one of the following:

  • “Model” – Indicates that the document is applicable for an aircraft model.

  • ”Aircraft” – Indicates that the document is applicable for an aircraft.

  • “Parts” – Indicates that the document is applicable for a part.

  • “Others” – Indicates that the document is applicable to options other than those mentioned above.

The system displays the following field in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:

File Name

The name of the file attached to the document.

To proceed, carry out the following:

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Registered by

The name of the user who registered the document.

Registered Date

The date on which the document was registered.

Registered at

The location where the document was registered.

Last Modified by

The name of the login user who last modified the document details.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the document details was last modified.

Last Revised by

The name of the login user who last revised the document.

Last Revised Date

Viewing document details – An overview

You can view the details of the selected document in this page. Details such as the document number, document title, document subject, status, document nature, document class, standard distribution number, total number of copies, library number and applicability level are displayed for the selected document.
