Viewing partner correspondence

Select the “View Partner Correspondence” link in the “Select Document” or “View Maintain Document Information” page.

The “View Partner Correspondence” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Document Details” group box:

Document #	The number identifying the document.
Revision #	The revision number of the document.
Document Title	The name of the document.
Document Subject	A brief description about the document.

The system displays following fields in the “Correspondence Details” multiline:

The system retrieves the correspondence details according to the correspondence date.

Note: The documents having the same correspondence date are displayed according to the updated date.

Correspondence Date	The date on which the correspondence was received from the partner.
Correspondence Category	The category to which the partner belongs.
Partner Details	The details regarding the partner.
Incharge Remarks	The remarks of the library in-charge, pertaining to the partner or pertaining to any discussions with him/her.
Partner Remarks	Any remarks provided by the partner
Correspondence Status	The status of the correspondence.
Reference	Any reference pertaining to the correspondence with the partner.
Updated By	The login user who updated the partner correspondence details.
Updated Date	The date on which the partner correspondence details is updated.

Viewing partner correspondence – An overview

This page allows you to view correspondence details with all the partners such as suppliers, customers, publishers, OEMs, or even members and employees of same organization, etc. The correspondence details such as correspondence date, correspondence category, partner details, library incharge remarks and partner remarks are displayed for the selected document.
