Updating applicability details
This tab allows you to update the applicability details of the document. You can specify the applicability object based on the “Applicability Level” set in the “Maintain Document Information” page.
Select the “Applicability Details” tab in the main page, to update the applicability details.
Enter the following fields in the multiline:
Applicability Object |
The applicability object associated to the document (Alphanumeric, 40). Data entry in this field is mandatory, if “Remarks” is specified. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the applicability of the document (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the record for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the record selected in the multiline
Click the “Maintain Document Info” pushbutton in the main page to update the details of the selected document along with the applicability details.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Publisher / Source Details” tab in the main page, to update the publisher/source details of the document.
Select the “Revision Details/Policy” tab in the main page, to update the revision details of the document.
Select the “Other Details” tab in the main page, to update the any other details of the document.
