View Fault Codes – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view fault codes and the associated information, such as the cause code, model effectivity and work units. In the “Select ATA Chapter” page, you can search and select the ATA chapter under which the fault code you need to view is listed. The “View Fault Codes” page allows you to search and view the fault codes listed under the selected ATA chapter.

The “View Model Effectivity” page allows you to view the aircraft model information, such as the model and description for which the selected fault code is applicable. The “View Cause Code” page allows you to view the description and status of the cause code associated with the selected fault code. The “View Work Units” page allows you to view the work units, such as tasks and standard procedures associated with the selected fault code.

You can view a cause code and its description, based on the ATA chapter and the fault code under which the cause code is grouped.

• Go to the “Select ATA Chapter” page to search and select the ATA chapter.

• Go to the “View Fault Codes” page to select the fault code under to which the cause is attached.

• Go to the “View Cause Code” page to view the cause code, its description and status.
