Selecting customer order for viewing invoice details
This page allows you to select a customer order for viewing the invoice details. Tell me more.
Select the “View Invoiced Processing” link under the “Customer Order Management” business component.
The “Select Customer Order” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user Id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Customer Order # |
The number identifying the customer order whose invoice details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer orders whose number is similar to the number entered here. |
Amendment # |
The amendment number of the customer order (Integer). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer orders whose amendment number is similar to the number entered here. |
Order Description |
The textual description of the customer order (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Customer # |
The number identifying the customer for whom the customer order was created (Alphanumeric, 18). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer orders with customer number similar to the number entered here. |
Order Applicability |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the customer order applicability. The system lists the options “Aircraft”, “Component”, “Engine” and “Others”. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user status of the customer order. The system lists all the quick codes that are of type “User Status” as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Customer Order” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number (Alphanumeric, 30). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer orders with aircraft registration number similar to the number entered here. |
Part # |
The number identifying the part (Alphanumeric, 40). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer orders with part number similar to the number entered here. |
Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the priority of the customer order. The system lists all the ‘Active’ priority descriptions as defined in the “Common Master” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Order Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the customer order. The system lists all the quick codes of type “Order Category” as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Customer Order” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Order Date <= |
The date on which the customer order was created (Date Format). The system retrieves all the customer orders whose order date is earlier than or equal to the date entered here. |
Invoice Processing Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the invoice processing status of the customer order. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “Released” and “Returned”. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Note: Leave all the above fields blank to retrieve all customer orders that are in “Processed” status, irrespective of the search criteria.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.
Customer order # |
The number identifying the customer order. |
Amendment # |
The amendment number of the customer order. |
Order Description |
The textual description of the customer order. |
Order Applicability |
The applicability of the customer order that could be “Aircraft”, “Component”, “Engine” or “Others”. |
Order Date |
The date on which the customer order was created. |
Order Currency |
The currency in which the customer order was raised. |
Order Status |
The status of the customer order. |
Customer # |
The number identifying the customer order. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer order. |
Order Category |
The category to which the customer order belongs. |
Count of Invoiced Tasks |
The total count of the invoiced tasks. |
Release # |
The release number of the customer order. |
Total Order Value |
The total value of the customer order. |
To proceed carry out the following:
Select the “View TCD for Invoicing” link at the bottom of the page, to view the TCD details.
Select the “View Invoice Processing” link at the bottom of the page, to view the invoice processing details for the customer order.
Select the “View Part Invoice Processing” link at the bottom of the page, to view the invoice processing details for part.
Select the “View Resource Wise Price Breakup” link at the bottom of the page, to view the resource wise price breakup details.
Select the “View CO Addln Charges” link at the bottom of the page, to view the additional charges reported for executing the customer order.
Selecting customer order for viewing invoice details – An overview
Using this page you can select a customer order for viewing the invoice details. You can search for a customer order based on the search criteria customer number, amendment number, order description, customer number, order applicability, user status, aircraft registration number, part number, priority, order category, order date and invoice processing status. Based on the search criteria, the system retrieves and displays the all the customer orders that are in “Processed” status in the multiline. You can select a record in the multiline for viewing the customer order invoice details.
