Execution Doc. Type

The type of the execution document through which work is executed on the failed part or aircraft. The system displays the option “Component Work Order”, “Hangar Work Order”, “Technical Log”, “Repair Order” or “Others”.

Execution Doc. #

The number identifying the execution document through which work is executed on the failed part or aircraft.

Execution Doc. Date

The date on which the execution document is created.

Execution Status

The status of the execution document.

Claim Status

The status of the claim document, which could be “Accepted”, “Rejected” or “Partially Accepted”.

Warranty Claim On

The option based on which the cost incurred on the work order execution is claimed. The system displays one of the following values:

• Full – Indicates that the total cost incurred on the work order execution is claimed.

• Partial – Indicates that only a partial amount of the total cost that is incurred on the work order execution is claimed.

• Material - Indicates that only the material cost is claimed.

• Labor – Indicates that only the labor cost is claimed.

• Others - Indicates that the amount claimed is other than "Full", "Partial", "Material" or "Labor".

Cost Basis

Indicates the basis of calculating the cost incurred. The system displays the values “Estimate”, “Progressive” or “Actuals”.

Material Cost

The cost of material that was incurred on the work order.

Labor Hours

The number of labor hours utilized for the work order execution.

Labor Cost

The cost of labor that was incurred on the work order.

Misc Cost

Any extra cost that was incurred on the work order.

Total Cost

The total cost that was incurred on the work order.

Remarks

Any additional remarks pertaining to the execution document details.

File Name

The name of the file that contains the execution document details.

Execution Comments

Any additional comments related to the execution documents.
