Select the “Claim Details” tab in the "Initiate Claims" page.
The system displays the following in the multiline:
Note: The system retrieves and displays all the claims in “Draft” status in this tab.

The code identifying the claim. |

Claim Date |
The date on which claim is raised. |

Claim Status |
The status of the claim. |

Part # / Aircraft Reg # |
The code identifying the part or the registration number of the aircraft on which the claim is raised. |

Part Description |
The description of the part. |
|
Quantity |
The quantity of the part claimed. |
|
UOM |
The stock UOM for the part claimed. |
|
Supplier # |
The code identifying the supplier of the part. |
|
Supplier Name |
The name of the supplier of the part. |
Click the hyperlinked Claim # to record or update the claim information.
