The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" set for the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part details” group box:

Part #

The code identifying the part for which you wish to view the warranty reference information.

Part Description

The description of the part for which you wish to view the warranty reference information.

Serial #

The serial number of the part.

Lot #

The lot number of the part.

Part Failed Date & Time

The date and time at which the part has failed.

Reason for Removal

The reason for removal of the part.

Removed By

The code identifying the employee who removed the part.

Employee Name

The name of the employee who removed the part.

Affected Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft from which the part is removed.

Affected Component #

The code identifying the component from which the part is removed.

Component Replacement #

The number identifying the component replacement document based on which the component is removed.

Component Replacement Date

The date on which the component is removed.

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document, which could be “Hangar Work Order", "Component work Order", "Technical Log", "Component Replacement", “Engineering Order”, “Maintenance Change Request "Purchase Order", "Repair Order", "Goods Receipt", "Warranty Claim", "Maintenance Report", "Discrepancy #', "Part Warranty Agreement", "Aircraft Warranty Agreement" or "Component Warranty Reference".

Ref. Document #

The code identifying the reference document.
