Viewing execution reference document details
Using this tab, you can view the execution reference document details.
Select the “Execution Ref. Documents” tab in the "View Warranty Ref. Document Details" page.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:
Execution Doc. Type |
The type of the execution document type through which work order is executed on the failed part or aircraft, which could be “Component Work Order”, “Hangar Work Order”, “Technical Log”, “Repair Order” or “Others”. |
Execution Doc. # |
The code identifying the execution document. |
Execution Doc. Date |
The date on which the execution document is created. |
Execution Status |
The status of the execution document. |
Supplier # |
The code identifying the supplier against whom the claim is raised. |
Supplier Name |
The name of the supplier against whom the claim is raised. |
Work Center # |
The code identifying the work center in which the work order is executed on the part. |
Work Center Description |
The description of the work center in which the work order is executed on the part. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft. |
Component # |
The code identifying the component. |
To proceed carry out the following:
Select the “Review Hangar Work Order” link below the multiline to view the hangar work order details.
Select the “Review Component Work Order” link below the multiline to view the component work order execution information.
Select the “View Technical Log” link below the multiline to view the technical log details.
Select the “View Repair Order” link below the multiline to view the repair order details.
Select the “Warranty Ref. Documents” tab to view the execution reference document details.
