Using Online Help

Display Option

Use the drop-down list box to select the display option. The system lists the options “All Work Units” and “Due Work Units”. By default, the system displays “All Work Units”.

“All Work Units” – Select this option, to retrieve all the work units from the respective aircraft maintenance program or component maintenance program.

“Due Work Units” – Select this option, to retrieve only those work units for which the next schedule date or next schedule value is defined in the respective aircraft maintenance program or component maintenance program.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft (alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Part #

The number identifying the part (alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Serial #

The serial number of the part (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Note: If the aircraft registration number is entered, both part number and serial number must be entered.

Work Unit #

The number identifying the work unit (Alphanumeric, 30).

Include Child?

Use the drop-down list box and select “Yes”, if all the applicable or due work units associated with the components and subcomponents must be retrieved, for the maintenance object (aircraft or component). Select “No”, otherwise. BY default, the system displays “No”.

Sch.Date: From

The starting date in the range of dates from which the compliance details must be retrieved (Date Format). The system retrieves all the work units for which the next scheduled date falls beyond the date specified here.

Sch.Date: To

The starting date in the range of dates till which the compliance details must be retrieved (Date Format). The system retrieves all the work units for which the next scheduled date falls within the date specified here.

Note: If the schedule from and to date is entered, the system retrieves all the work units for which the “Next Schedule Date” lies in the date range specified.

Note: Leave the fields blank, to retrieve the work units irrespective of the search criteria.

Note: The system retrieves all the work units that are associated to “Active” aircraft maintenance program or component maintenance program, in the “Compliance Details” multiline.
