The “Job Details” tab appears by default, on launch of the “Plan Capacity” page.  

The “Job Details” cluster displays the following details associated with a customer order or maintenance object graphically using Gantt chart for the values specified in the “Planning Details” group box.

Maintenance Object / Customer Order #

The identification number of the customer order / maintenance object.

The Gantt chart will list the customer orders grouped based on the primary work center or maintenance objects with “Pending” status or for which execution documents have already been created and, the planned From and To dates occur within the specified planning horizon.

Timeline

The dates in sequence, which indicate the start and end dates of the execution of the customer order.

Note: The customer orders with expected receipt date earlier than the From date and promised delivery date later than the To date, the customer orders with expected receipt date earlier than the From date and promised delivery date later than the From date but not later than the To date and the customer orders with promised delivery date later than the From date but not later than the To date are displayed.

Note: Customer orders with any of the following statuses are displayed: "Fresh" "Confirmed", "Authorized" or "Processed".

The “Job Conflict” Gantt chart displays the current status of the following aspects associated with the maintenance objects / customer orders. Traffic lights of specific colors are used to signify the bottlenecks / status with regard to the maintenance object / customer order.

Parts

Red indicates the following

  • Required Qty > Available Qty & EAD > Start Date of execution orders

Green indicates the following

  • Required Qty < Available Qty or Required Qty = 0

Yellow indicates the following

  • Any other situation such as, Required Qty>Available Qty &EAD <= Start Date of execution orders

Resources

Red indicates the following

  • Estimated No. of Hrs Required > Available No. of Hrs

Green indicates the following

  • Estimated No of Hrs Required <= Available No. of Hrs

Due Limit

Red indicates the following

  •  Planned start date or

  • Schedule date < Current date

Yellow indicates the following

  • Planned start date or Schedule date > Current date, but Alert date < Current date

Green indicates the following

  • Planned start date or Schedule date > Current date & Alert date > Current date

MEL

Red indicates the following

  • Maintenance Report # exists in the Discrepancy Processing business component

  • Deferral type is "MEL"  & record status is "Deferred”.

Yellow indicates the following

  • Maintenance Report # exists in the Discrepancy Processing business component,, and the Deferral type is "MEL", but the record status is "Under Resolution", or "Planned”

Green indicates the following

No Maintenance Report # exists in the Discrepancy Processing business component.

EO

Red indicates the following

  • Planned start date or Schedule date < Current date

Yellow indicates the following

  • Planned start date or Schedule date > Current date but Alert date < Current date

Green indicates the following

  • Planned start date or Schedule date > Current date & Alert date > Current date

Comments

Any remarks on the execution of the customer order or maintenance object.

Note: The “Hold / Release” pushbutton is a toggle key. You can either hold a customer order to understand the effects of ignoring the resource and part requirements pertinent to the order or release the order to consider the parts and resource requirements.

Note: At least one row must be available in the “Job Details” Gantt chart.

More Details

The “Job Details” Gantt chart lists the pending and under progress customer orders / maintenance objects along with the planned start and end dates for the specified planning horizon. It will also list the Prospect and Bid type of customer orders for the matching criteria, if any. Internal maintenance jobs on aircrafts / components are also displayed using Gantt charts. For these orders, you can look for conflicts arising because of schedule and the same can be resolved to facilitate efficient execution. To solve the conflict, you can either move the maintenance job to another work center or re-schedule the order to a future date by dragging and dropping the time bars to the required timeline.
