Monitor MTBF, MTBUR and MTBR – A summary of the activity
The mean time between failures and the mean time between unscheduled removal details form the basis for checking the reliability of the component in an aircraft. The premature removals and the unscheduled removals of the aircraft in a fleet provide us with the data to show how secure and reliable the aircraft is.
This activity enables you to monitor the MTBF, MTBUR and MTBR details. You can also select the part based on which the meantime values can be monitored. You can also enter the agreement and amendment details to monitor the warranty agreement value and the calculated value.

What you can do in this activity
You can select the part number and the serial number of the part. You can also select the component type and the ATA number.
Enter the part number and the serial number in the respective fields.
Select the component type from the “Component Type” drop-down list box.
Select the ATA number from the “ATA #” drop-down list box.
You can review the mean time between failures and the mean time between unscheduled removals.
