Selecting component for viewing the removal details

In this page, you can select the component number for viewing the removal and IFSD. Tell me more.

Select the “View Removal Details” link under the “Component Reliability” business component.

The “Select Component” page appears.

Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a part. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Part #	The part for which the engine oil consumption details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the part has already been defined for type ”Component” in the “Create Parts Main Information” activity of the “Part Administration” business component and is in the “Active” status.
Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the part (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the serial number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.
Component #	The component for which the details are to be viewed. (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the component numbers that are similar to the value entered here.
Component Type	Use the drop down list box to select the component type as “Engine”, “APU”, “Landing Gear” or “Others”.
Part Description	The textual description of the part (Alphanumeric, 150). Zoom facility available.
ATA #	The number identifying the ATA chapter to which the component belongs (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the ATA number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all parts belonging to the ATA chapter entered here.
Supplier Part #	The code identifying the supplier part number (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system displays all the parts that have supplier part numbers similar to the value entered here.
Supplier #	The number that identifies the supplier whose details you need to monitor (Alphanumeric, 45).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Component #	The number identifying the component.
ATA #	The ATA chapter to which the part belongs.
Component Type	The type to which the component belongs, which could be “Engine”, “APU”, “Landing Gear” and “Others”.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Supplier Part #	The code identifying the supplier part number.
Supplier #	The number that identifies the supplier whose details you need to monitor.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the part for which the removal details are to be viewed.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Yearly Removal Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the yearly removal details for the selected part.
Select the “View Calendarwise Removal Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the calendarwise removal details.
Select the “View Yearly IFSD Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the yearly IFSD details
Select the “View Calendarwise IFSD Details” link from the bottom of the page to view calendarwise IFSD details..

Selecting component for viewing the removal details – An overview

In this page, you can select the component number for viewing the removal and IFSD details. You can carry out a search based on the part number, ATA number, serial number and the component details like the type and ID of the component. Based on the search, the system displays the part number, ATA number, the type and number of the component, supplier part number, supplier name and code.
