Viewing yearly removal details of a component

In this page, you can view the removal details of the component in a year. Tell me more.

Select the “View Yearly Removal Details” link at the bottom of the “Select Component” page.

The “View Yearly Removal Details” page appears.

The system, displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following field in the “Component Details” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Component #	The number identifying the component.
Component Type	The type to which the component belongs, which could be “Engine”, “APU”, “Landing Gear” or “Others”.

Enter the following fields in the “Period Details” group box:

Year

Use the drop-down list box to select the year for which the removal details are to be viewed. The system displays all the values of the year in the ascending order within the span of "Valid From Year" and "Valid To Year" as defined for the selected calendar.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the removal details.

The system displays the following in the “Operational Details” multiline:

Values	The values such as the Flying Hours, Flying Cycles, Total number of Removals, Total number of Scheduled Removals, Total number of Unscheduled Removals, Scheduled Removals pr 100FH, Unscheduled Removals pr 100FH, Total Number of Basic Removals, Total Number of Non-Basic Removals, Total Number of Basic Unscheduled Removals, Total Number of Non-Basic Unscheduled Removals, Total Number of Confirmed Failures and Total Number of Premature Removals.
Previous Year	The removal details in the previous year with respect to the to the selected year.
1^st Quarter	The removal details for the first quarter of the selected year. This includes the months January, February and March.
2^nd Quarter	The removal details for the second quarter of the selected year. This includes the months April, May and June.
3^rd Quarter	The removal details for the third quarter of the selected year. This includes the months July, August and September.
4^th Quarter	The removal details for the first quarter of the selected year. This includes the months October, November and December.

Note: The system leaves the value blank if no data exists for the previous year.

Display zero if there are no removals for any record.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Unscheduled Component Removal Trend” link from the bottom of the page to view the unscheduled component removal trend.
Select the “View First Quarter Details” link at the bottom of the “View Yearly Removal Details” page to view the removal details for the selected year.
Select the “View Second Quarter Details” link at the bottom of the “View Yearly Removal Details” page to view the removal details for the selected year.
Select the “View Third Quarter Details” link at the bottom of the “View Yearly Removal Details” page to view the removal details for the selected year.
Select the “View Fourth Quarter Details” link at the bottom of the “View Yearly Removal Details” page to view the removal details for the selected year.

Viewing yearly removal details of a component - An overview

In this page, you can view the removal details of the component in a year. The system displays the component details such as the number of the part and serial, type and ID of the component. You can view the details such as the values, previous year removal details, and values for all the four quarters for the year of the reliability period selected.
