Viewing yearly IFSD details of a component

In this page, you can view the in-flight shut down details of the component in a year. Tell me more.

Select the “View Yearly IFSD Details” link at the bottom of the “Select Component” page.

The “View Yearly IFSD Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following field in the “Component Details” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Component #	The number identifying the component.
Component Type	The type to which the component belongs, which could be “Engine”, “APU”, “Landing Gear” or “Others”.

Enter the following fields in the “Period Details” group box:

From Month	Use the drop-down list box to select the starting month of the reliability period. The system displays all the twelve months. The system displays ”Jan” as the default value.
From Year	Use the drop-down list box to select the starting year of the reliability period. The system displays all the values of the year in the ascending order within the span of "Valid From Year" and "Valid To Year" as defined for the selected calendar.
To Month	Use the drop-down list box to select the ending month of the reliability period. The system displays all the twelve months. The system displays ”Jan” as the default value.
To Year	Use the drop-down list box to select the ending year of the reliability period. The system displays all the values of the year in the ascending order within the span of "valid from year" and "valid to year" as defined for the selected calendar.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the IFSD details.

The system displays the following in the “IFSD Details” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the journey log details are to be entered (Alphanumeric, 30). Mandatory.
Position Code	The number identifying the position code where the part is fitted.
Inflight Shut Down Date	The date on which the engine shut down occurred.
Inflight Shut Down Time	The time at which the engine shut down occurred.
Time Zone	The time zone in which the shut down date and time were recorded.
Shut Down Type	The type of the shut down.
Inflight Restart Date	The date on which the engine was restarted.
Inflight Restart Time	The time at which the engine was restarted.
Time Zone Of Restart	The time zone in which the restart date and time is recorded.

Viewing yearly IFSD details of a component – An overview

In this page, you can view the inflight shut down details of the component in a year. The system displays the component details such as the number of the part and serial, and the type and ID of the component. You can view the inflight shutdown details such as the aircraft registration number, the inflight shut down date and time, shut down type, inflight restart date and time, and time zone of the restart for the selected period.
