Confirming Initialized Reliability Alerts for ATA #
In this page, you can confirm the reliability alert value of the ATA number. You can select the fleet to confirm its alert value. You can also enter the comments pertaining to the confirmation. The system displays the number and the chapter description of the ATA, the initial alert value, the status and remarks pertaining to the alert value.
Select the “Confirm Initialized Reliability Alert Value” link under the “Component Reliability” business component.
The “Confirm Initialized Alert Value for ATA #” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Fleet Details” group box:
Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the active fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to display the results.
The system displays the following in the “Fleet Details” group box.
As on Date |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |
Effective Till Date |
The ending date in the range of dates until which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the initialization validity details. |

Confirmation Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the confirmation of the initialized alert value (Alphanumeric, 255). |

A unique number identifying the system in the aircraft. |
Chapter Description |
The textual description of the ATA chapter. |
Initial Reliability Alert |
The initial value that indicates t the minimum shelf life of the part that is nearing its expiry date. |
Status |
The status of the initialized alert value, which can be “Fresh” or ”Confirmed”. |
Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the ATA details. |
Click the “Confirm Initialized Reliability Alerts” pushbutton to confirm the initialized reliability alert values.

Select the “Confirm Initialized Alert Value for Part #” link at the bottom of the page to confirm the initialized alert value for Part #.
Select the “Initialize Alert Value for ATA#” link at the bottom of the page to initialize the alert value for ATA#.

You can select the fleet for confirming the reliability alert value for the ATA number of the selected fleet.
Select the fleet in the “Fleet #” drop-down list box.
Click the “Confirm Initialized Reliability Alerts” pushbutton to confirm the alert values.
