Confirming Initialized Reliability Alerts for Part #
In this page, you can confirm the reliability alert value of the part number. You can enter the comments pertaining to the confirmation. The number and the description of the part, initial alert value, status and remarks pertaining to the alert value are displayed.
Select the “Confirmed Initialized Alert Value for Part #” link at the bottom of the “Confirm Initialized Alerts for ATA #”.
The “Confirm Initialized Alerts Value for Part #” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Fleet Details” group box:
Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
ATA # |
A unique code identifying the ATA. |
Effective Till Date |
The ending date in the range of dates until which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |
As On Date |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the initialization of the reliability alert values will be valid. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the initialization validity details |
Enter the following field in the “Fleet Details” group box:
Confirmation Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the confirmation of the initialized alert value (Alphanumeric, 255). |

The system displays the following the in the “Part#Details” multiline:
Part # |
A unique number identifying the part. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
Initial Reliability Alert |
The initialization of reliability alert values, is provided by either the operator or OEM . |
Status |
The status of the part, which could be either “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the part details. |
Click the “Confirm Initialized Reliability Alerts” pushbutton to confirm the initialized reliability alert values.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Initialize Alert Value for Part #” link at the bottom of the page to initialize the alert value for Part #.
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Initialized By |
The login ID of the user who initialized the alert values. |
Initialized Date |
The date on which the alert value was initialized. |
Confirmed By |
The login ID of the user who confirmed the alert value. |
Confirmed Date |
The date on which the alert value was confirmed. |

You can confirm the reliability alert value for the part number of the selected fleet.
Click the “Confirm Initialized Reliability Alerts” push button to confirm the alert values.
