This page allow you to select the fleet for initializing monthly alert values of ATA Tell me more.
Select the “Initialize Monthly Reliability Alert Value” link under the “Component Reliability” business component.
The “Select Fleet #” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a reliability calendar number. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Reliability Calendar # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability calendar code to be retrieved. The system lists all the reliability calendar codes that are created in the “Create Reliability” activity under the “Reliability Setup” business component. |

Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the active fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component. |

Valid From Year |
The year from which the reliability calendar begins. (Integer). |
|
Valid From Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar begins. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Valid To Year |
The year in which the reliability calendar ends. (Integer). |
|
Valid To Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the month in which the reliability calendar ends. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of a period in months. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline.

Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |

Reliability Calendar # |
The number identifying the reliability calendar. |

Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar begins. |

Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |

Number of Periods |
The number of divisions, in terms of months, of f the reliability calendar. |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of a period in months. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark a reliability calendar for which initializing has to be done.

Select the “Initialize Monthly Reliability Alert Value for ATA #” link at the bottom of the page to initialize the alert value for ATA #.
Select the “Initialize Monthly Usage for Fleet” link at the bottom of the page to initialize the monthly usage for a fleet.
Selecting fleet for initializing monthly alert value – An overview
You can select the fleet for initializing the monthly alert values of the ATA and part numbers of the selected fleet. You can carry out a search based on the reliability calendar number, fleet number, and the period of duration. Based on the search criteria, the system displays the details such as the fleet number, the reliability calendar number, the dates within which the alert value is valid and the period of duration.
