Initializing Monthly Usage for Fleet

In this page, you can initialize the monthly usage details of the aircraft in a fleet on the basis of the monthly flying hours. Tell me more.

Select the “Initialize Monthly Usage for Aircrafts” link at the bottom of the “Select Fleet” or “Initialize Monthly Reliability Alert Value For Part # page.

The “Initialize Monthly Usage Values for Aircrafts” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields must be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following field in the “Fleet Details”:

Fleet #	A unique number assigned to the fleet.
Reliability Calendar #	The number identifying the reliability calendar.
Valid From Month – Year	The year and month in which the reliability calendar begins.
Valid To Month – Year	The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends.

Enter the following fields in the “Month Details” group box:

Month	Use the drop-down list box to select the month. The system displays the Aircraft registration numbers for which the usage details has to be initialized for the month selected here.
Year	Use the drop- down list box to select the year. The system displays the all the values of the year in the ascending order within the span of "valid from year" and "valid to year" as defined for the selected calendar.

Note: The system displays the aircraft registration numbers for which the usage detail that has to be initialized for the year selected.

Click the “Get Details” push button to retrieve the details.
Enter the following field in the “Aircraft List Details” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft for which the monthly usage details are to be entered and initialized (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Flying Hours

The time for which the aircraft was flown for the displayed month.

The system displays the following:

Status

The status of the initialized value.

Enter the following:

Remarks

Any comments pertaining initialization of monthly usage values for aircraft.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the aircraft registration number for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the same.
Click the “Initialize” pushbutton to initialize the monthly usage for fleet.

Initializing Monthly Usage for Fleet - An overview

In this page, you can initialize the monthly usage details of the aircraft in a fleet on the basis of the monthly flying hours. You can select the month and year of the reliability calendar to initialize the monthly usage details. You can select the aircraft registration number and flying hours of the aircraft in the selected month. The system displays the status of the aircraft.

Initialize the monthly usage for fleet

You can choose the month and the year for which the monthly usage for a fleet is to be initialized. You can enter the aircraft list details, such as the aircraft registration number, monthly flying hours, and remarks pertaining to aircraft details.

Select the month and year for which the monthly usage for the fleet has to be initialized in the “Month” and “Year” drop-down list box respectively.
Enter the aircraft registration number and the monthly flying hours for a fleet in the “Aircraft List Details” multiline.
