Initializing Monthly Reliability Data for ATA #
In this page, you can initialize monthly reliability date for the selected ATA number. Tell me more.
Select the “Initializing Monthly Reliability Data for ATA #” link under the “Select Fleet” page.
The “Initialize Monthly Reliability Data for ATA #” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following field in the “Fleet Details”:
Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
Reliability Calendar # |
The number identifying the reliability calendar. |
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar begins. |
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
Enter the following fields in the “Month Details” group box:
Month |
Use the drop down list box to select the month. The system displays the ATA values that have been initialized for the month selected here. |
Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select the year. The system displays the all the values of the year in the ascending order within the span of "Valid From Year" and "Valid To Year" as defined for the selected calendar. |
Note: The system displays the ATA values that have been initialized for the year selected.
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the results
Enter the following field in the “ATA Details” multiline:
ATA # |
A unique number identifying the system in the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 16). Mandatory. This can be a combination of characters and digits. Ensure that this number is unique to the organization unit. |
The system displays the following the in the “ATA Details” multiline.
Chapter Description |
The textual description of the ATA chapter. |
Enter the following field in the “ATA Details” multiline:
Number of Discrepancy |
The total number of discrepancies reported for the ATA chapter (Integer). |
The system displays the following:
Status |
The status of the initialized data. |
Enter the following:
Remarks |
Any comments pertaining to the ATA details. (Alphanumeric,255). |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the ATA for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the same.
Click the “Initialize” pushbutton to initialize the reliability data.

Select the “Initialize Monthly Alert Value for ATA #” link at the bottom of the page to initialize the alert value for ATA #.
Select the “Initialize Monthly Reliability Data for Part #” link at the bottom of the page to initialize the alert value for Part #.
Select the “Initialize Monthly Usage Values for Aircrafts” link at the bottom of the page to initialize the monthly usage for a fleet.
Initializing Monthly Reliability Data for ATA # – An overview
In this page, you can initialize the monthly reliability date for the selected ATA number. The reliability data is collected from different business components. This data is updated periodically by running a batch process. You can select the month and year of the reliability calendar to initialize the monthly details if the relevant data is not available in the system. You can select the ATA number and enter the number of discrepancies reported for the selected ATA. The chapter description and the status of the ATA are displayed.
You can select the month and the year for which the reliability data has to be initialized.
Select the month for which the reliability data has to be initialized in the “Month” drop-down list box.
Select the year for which the reliability data has to be initialized in the “Year” drop-down list box.
ATA details, such as the ATA code, the number of discrepancy, and remarks pertaining to ATA details can be entered.
Enter the number of the discrepancy in the “ATA Details” multiline.
