This page allows you to select a component work order for viewing the history details.  Tell me more.

The “Select Component Work Order” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Comp. Work Order #

The number identifying the component work order for which you need to view the history details (Alphanumeric, 18).

To search for a component work order

Comp. Work Order #

The number of the component work order for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the CWO number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all CWO numbers that are similar to the number entered here.

Maintenance Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintenance type as “Repair”, ”Overhaul”, ”Others” or “Inspection”. The system leaves this field blank by default.

CWO Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the CWO belongs. The system lists all the active quick codes of type “CWO Category” defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Component Work Order” business component. The system retrieves all the CWOs belonging to the category specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve CWOs irrespective of their category. The system leaves this field blank by default.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all CWO numbers whose descriptions are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the CWOs irrespective of the description.

Part #

The part number of the component for which the component work order was raised (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all CWO in which the part number is similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the CWOs irrespective of the part number.

Component #

The number identifying the component for which the CWO is raised (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the component number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all CWO numbers whose values are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the CWOs irrespective of the component number.

Serial #

The serial number of the component for which the CWO is raised (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the serial number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all CWOs in which the serial number is similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the CWOs irrespective of the serial number.

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work center, which is responsible for the CWO execution. The system lists all the ‘active’ work centers that are associated with the login organizational unit. The system retrieves the CWO number of the work center specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve the CWOs irrespective of their work center. The system leaves this field blank by default.

From Date

The date on which the component work order execution was planned to be started (Date Format). The system retrieves all the CWOs that have scheduled start dates on or after the date entered.

To Date

The date on which the component work order execution was planned to be completed (Date Format). The system retrieves all the CWOs component work orders that have scheduled start dates on or before the date entered.

Note: Ensure “To Date” is greater than the “From Date”.

Leave all the search fields blank, to retrieve all the component work orders created in the login organizational unit.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

Comp. Work Order #

The number that identifies the component work order for which the details are displayed.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Maintenance Type

The maintenance  type to which the component work order belongs.

Component #

The component for which the component work order is generated.

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Part Serial #

The serial number of the component against which the component work order is raised.

Work Center #

The work center that is responsible for component work order execution.

CWO Category

The category to which the component work order belongs.

Child CWO Count

The number of child CWOs of the current CWO.

View Component Work Order History  - An Overview

This page allows you to select a component work order for viewing the history details. You can view details of component work orders that are in the “Fresh”, “Authorized”, “Scheduled”, “In-Progress”, “Completed”, “Closed” or “Cancelled” status.

If you know the CWO number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the CWO number, CWO type, part number, component ID, CWO category, work center, status, user status and the range of planned start and end dates. Details such as component work order number, CWO description, part number, serial number of the component, work center, CWO status, CWO category, user status, and the number of child CWOs are displayed.
