In this page, you can view the CoM details for a component work order as recorded in the “Component Work Reporting” business component. You can also view the sign off details for all the tasks associated with the CWO.

The “View CoM History” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order selected in the previous page.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Zoom facility available.

Maintenance Type

The type of the component work order, which could be “Overhaul”, “Repair” or “Inspection”.

CWO Category

The category to which the component work order belongs.

Work Center #

The work center to which the selected task or component work order is assigned.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Component Details” group box:

Part #

The part number of the component on which the component work order has been generated.

Serial #

The serial number of the component on which the component work order has been generated.

Component #

The number that identifies the component on which the component work order has been generated.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “CoM Details” group box:

Certification By

The name of the employee who certified the CoM.

CoM #

The number that identifies the CoM document.

Employee #

The number of the employee who signed-off for the selected component work order.

Employee Name

The name of the corresponding employee.

License #

The license number of the employee.

Approval #

The approval number of the employee.

Remarks

Additional remarks pertaining to the issue of CoM.

Zoom facility available.

Skill Code

The number that identifies the primary skill of the corresponding employee.

Certificate Date

The date on which the CoM is created or authorized.

The system displays the following in the “Work Unit Details” multiline:

Skill Code

The code that identifies the skill required to execute the task.

Employee #

The employee who signed off against the skill code.

Work Center #

The work center where the task or component work order is executed.

Task Seq #

The sequence in which the tasks are to be performed while executing the component work order.

Task #

The number that identifies the task.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Task Completed Date

The date on which the task is completed.

Sign-off Status

The sign-off status, which could be “Yes” or “No”. This indicates the completion status of the task.

Sign-off Comments

Additional remarks pertaining to the sign-off of the task or component work order.

Sign-off Date

The date on which the sign-off is done.
