Managing Document Attributes

This page enables the user to map the attributes of the document to the buyer group . Tell me more.

Select the “Edit Document Attributes Mapping” link in the “Create Buyer Group” page.

The “Manage Document Attributes” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Buyer Group” section:

Buyer Group	The buyer group selected in the previous page.
Description	The textual description of the buyer group.

Enter the following field:

Document

Use the drop-down list box to specify the document type, the attributes of which are mapped to the buyer group. The system lists the value ‘Repair Order’.

Enter the following fields in the “Map Document Attributes” multiline :

Document

Use the drop-down list box to specify the document type, the attributes of which are mapped to the buyer group. The system lists the value ‘Repair Order’.

Supplier #

The number identifying the supplier of the document mapped to the buyer group.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following field:

Supplier Name

The name of the Supplier.

Enter the following fields in the “Map Document Attributes” multiline :

Order Class

Use the drop-down list box to specify the order class of the document. The system lists the following values:

Internal - Indicates that the document is for the internal job.
External - Indicates that the document is for the Customer Order based job.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer of the document mapped to the buyer group.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Customer Name

The name of the Customer.

Click the “Edit Document Attributes” pushbutton, to map the attributes of the document type to the buyer group.

Note: The "Edit Document Attributes" pushbutton does not appear if the screen is launched from "View Buyer Group" screen.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box :

Created by	The name of the user who created the Document Attributes mapping.
Created Date	The date, in the specified date format, on which the Document Attributes was mapped.
Last Modified by	The name of the user, who last modified the Document Attributes mapping.
Last Modified Date	The date, in the specified date format, on which the Document Attributes was last modified.

Managing Document Attributes – An overview

This screen enables the user to map the attributes of the document to the buyer group. The document attributes such as Supplier information, Customer information and Order Class are mapped to the buyer group in this page.
