This activity enables the user to explore the availability of resources (both manpower and machinery) by trade and hours of operation, compares the projection of all the work schedules by trade and generates the load display.
Work Center Loading details are based on the following criteria:
Work Center Loading Basis.
Primary skill of the employess associated to a work center.
Total number of hours available for each resource
Assigned jobs.
Planned jobs to be executed on the work center for a specific date/time horizon.
Unplanned work units added to the execution documents.

Exploring the work center to plan maintenance activities
The user can analyze the skill requirements on a given day for a particular maintenance activity and plan it to the work center, where appropriate skilled resources are available. Also evaluation of emplyoees / resources associated to a work center with different shift patterns can be done.
The planned start date and time and the duration available to complete the maintenance activity are considered.
