Generating daily planning report

The daily planning report displays the execution planning details in a work center.

Select the “Daily Planning Report” activity under the “Aircraft Maintenance Planning” business component.

The “Daily Planning Report” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component.

Enter the following fields in the “Report Criteria” group box to retrieve the daily planning details in the report.

Planning Element

Use the drop-down list box and select the planning element for which you wish to retrieve the daily planning details. The system lists the following values:

Aircraft Model # - Select this option to retrieve the planning details of all the aircraft belonging to the aircraft model number selected in the “Planning Element Info” drop-down list box.
Customer - Select this option to retrieve the planning details of all the aircraft belonging to the customer selected in the “Planning Element Info” drop-down list box.
Field Base - Select this option to retrieve the planning details of all the aircraft belonging to the Field Base selected in the “Planning Element Info” drop-down list box.
Planner Group - Select this option to retrieve the planning details of all the aircraft belonging to the Planner Group selected in the “Planning Element Info” drop-down list box.
Sub Fleet - Select this option to retrieve the planning details of all the aircraft belonging to the Sub Fleet selected in the “Planning Element Info” drop-down list box.

By default, the system displays “Aircraft Model #”.

Planning Element Info

Use the drop-down list and select values listed corresponding to the Planning Element selected. The system lists the values as explained in the table. By default, the system leaves the field blank.

Maintenance Item	Use the drop-down list box and select one of the maintenance items for which you wish to retrieve the daily planning details. All Discrepancy Items Engineering Items Maintenance Program Items By default, the system displays “All”.
Maintenance Item Info	The Maintenance Item information corresponding to the selected Maintenance Item, is entered here.
From Date	The start date of the period from which you wish to retrieve the planning details to generate the planning report. The system defaults the date which is one month earlier than the current date.
To Date	The end date of the period from which you wish to retrieve the planning details to generate the planning report. The system defaults the current date.
Work Center #	Use the drop-down list box and select the work center for which you wish to generate the daily planning report. The system lists all the ‘Active’ Work Centers in alphabetical order. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Display Options	Use the drop-down list box and select the report display option from one of the following: Detail - Select this option to display the planning details in detail. The package details and the details of the tasks available in the package will be displayed in the report. Summary - Select this option to display the planning details at package level. The task details will not be displayed in the report. By default, the system displays “Detail”.
Show Related Tasks	Select the check box to retrieve both the parent tasks and their related tasks from the packages scheduled in the period between From Date and To Date at the selected work center. Do not select the check box to solely retrieve the parent tasks from the packages. By default, the check box remains selected. See Example

Click the “Print Report” pushbutton to generate the daily planning report.
