This page allows you to search and select a PTT reference for which you want to view details. If you know the number identifying the PTT reference and the PTT account you can enter it directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a search by specifying the status of the PTT and the details of the PTT that you want to retrieve. The system retrieves the PTT details based on the search criteria entered.
Select the “View PTT” link under the “Bank Cash Definition” business component.
The “Select PTT” page appears.
Enter the following fields if you are aware of the number identifying the PTT reference and the PTT account for which you want to view details:
PTT Reference |
The number identifying the PTT reference (Alphanumeric, 20). |
PTT Account No. |
The number identifying the PTT account (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Select the “View PTT” link at the bottom of the page to view the PTT details.
Select the “View File Transfer Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the file transfer details.
Select the “View Additional Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the contact details of the PTT.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the PTT reference:
PTT Reference |
The number identifying the PTT reference that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 20). Mandatory. You can enter the PTT reference number in full or specify it partially using the ‘*’ character. The system retrieves all the PTT reference numbers that are similar to the value entered here. |
PTT Name |
The name of the PTT (Alphanumeric, 100). You can enter the PTT name in full or specify it partially using the ‘*’ character. The system retrieves all the PTT references that have PTT names similar to the value entered here. |
PTT Account No. |
The number identifying the PTT account (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the PTT account number in full or specify it partially using the ‘*’ character. The system retrieves all the PTT references that have account numbers similar to the value entered here.. |
PTT Code |
A unique PTT code (Alphanumeric, 32). Mandatory. This PTT code is specified for easy identification of PTT account. The PTT code must be unique across the company. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the PTT for which you want to view details. You can select from “All”, “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

The number identifying the PTT reference. |
PTT Name |
The name of the PTT. |
PTT Account No. |
The number identifying the PTT account. |
PTT Code |
The PTT code. |
PTT Clearing No. |
The PTT clearance number. |
Swift No. |
The SWIFT number of the PTT. |
City |
The city in which the PTT is located. |
Status |
The status of the PTT. It must be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the PTT for which you want to view details.

Select the “View Additional Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the contact details of the PTT.
