Select the “View Additional Details” link at the bottom of the “View PTT” page.
The “View Additional Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Status |
The status of the PTT. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

PTT Reference |
The number identifying the PTT reference. |

PTT Name |
The name of the PTT. |
The system displays the following in the “Contact details” multiline:

Contact Name |
The name of the contact person in the PTT. |
|
Designation |
The designation of the contact person in the PTT. |
|
Department |
The department to which the person belongs. |
|
Phone No. |
The contact number of the person. |
|
|
The electronic mail address of the contact person. |
