Viewing Shift Details

Click the “Shift Details” tab to view the shift details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Applicable Shift Information” multiline, on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Shift Code |
The code identifying the shift during which the employees must work in the work center. |
|
Start Time |
The starting time of the shift. |
|
End Time |
The ending time of the shift. |
|
Effective From |
The date from which the shift is effective for the work center. |
|
Effective To |
The date till which the shift is effective for the work center. |
|
Skills Mapped ? |
The system displays “Yes” if the skills are mapped to the shift of the work center. Else the system displays “No”. |

Shift Description |
The textual description of the shift. |
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Datewise Availability” tab to view the date wise availability details.
Select the “Holiday Definition” tab to associate a holiday master to the work center.
Select the “View Associated Skill Quantity to Work Center Shifts” link at the bottom of the page to view the skills associated to the work center shifts.
