Viewing Datewise Availability

Click the “Datewise Availability” tab to view the date wise availability details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Datewise Availability” multiline, on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Skill # |
The code identifying the skill. |
|
From Date |
The start date from which the work center is available for execution. |
|
To Date |
The end date until which the work center is available for execution. |
|
Total Avl Man Hrs./ Day |
The total available man hours per day for the period between the From Date and To Date. |

Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the date wise availability details |
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Shift Details” tab to view the shift details.
Select the “Holiday Definition” tab to associate a holiday master to the work center.
Select the “View Associated Skill Quantity to Work Center Shifts” link at the bottom of the page to view the skills associated to the work center shifts.
