Viewing associated shifts/datewise availability/holiday definition

Select the “View Associated Shifts/Datewise Availability/Holiday Definition” link in the “Select Work Center #” page of the “View Work Center Attributes” activity.
The “View Associated Shifts/Datewise Availability/Holiday Definition” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Work Center # |
Use the drop-down list to specify the work center to which the shifts are associated. The system lists all the active work centers of Work Center Class “Execution”, defined in the current business component. The system leaves this field blank by default. |

Work Center Description |
The textual description of the work center. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the work center details.
Note: The system retrieves the Shift code and Datewise availability (including Skill association details) details mapped for the Work Center selected in the header.
The system displays the respective details in the “Shift Details” tab and “Datewise Availability” tab
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Shift Details” tab to view the shift details.
Select the “Datewise Availability" tab to view the date wise availability details.
Select the “Holiday Definition” tab to associate a holiday master to the work center.
Select the “View Associated Skill Quantity to Work Center Shifts” link at the bottom of the page to view the skills associated to the work center shifts.
Viewing shifts associated to the work center – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the shifts that have been associated to the work center. You can select the work center and view the shifts associated to it. Details such as shift code, start time, end time, effective from, effective to, skills mapped and shift description are displayed.
