Datewise Availability
Select the “Datewise Availability” tab to record/edit the date wise availability details.
Enter/ edit the following in the “Datewise Availability” multiline:
Skill # |
The code identifying the skill. (Alphanumeric,20) Mandatory. Ensure that Skill # entered is valid and in ‘Active’ status as defined in the interacting HR general information Business component. |

From Date |
The date from which the work center is available, along with the total available man hours in that work center (Date Format).Mandatory |
To Date |
The date, until which the work center is available, along with the total available man hours in that work center (Date Format). The “To Date” entered must be any date after the “From Date”. Mandatory. |
Man Hours |
The total available man hours per day for the period between the From Date and To Date (Decimal). Mandatory. This should be a positive integer value. |
Quantity |
The count of employees possessing the skill # in the shift in the work center This must be a positive integer. |
Efficiency |
The efficiency factor for the skill in the work center. |
Overtime % |
The permissible percentage of additional man hours that an employee can work in a day for the skill and work center combination. Note: The % you enter in this field must be between 0 and 100. |
Max. Addl. Hrs |
The permissible number of additional man hours that an employee can work in a day for the skill and work center combination. Note: The value you enter in this field must be a positive integer. |
Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the date wise availability details (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Note: There should not be overlapping of ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ date ranges for the same Skill #.
Click the “Record Datewise Availability” pushbutton to save the date wise availability details.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the "Shift Details" tab to record/edit the shift details.
Select the “Holiday Definition” tab to associate a holiday master to the work center.
Select the “Shift/Duty Pattern” tab to map shift/duty patterns to the work center.
Select the “Associate Skill Quantity to Work Center Shifts” link at the bottom of the page to associate skills to work center shifts.
