The “Associate Shift / Datewise Availability / Holiday Definition" page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list to specify the work center to which the shift must be associated. The system lists all the work centers in “Active” status and of Work Center Class set as “Execution” in the current business component.

Do not leave this field blank.

From Date

The start date from which you require to record / view the associated shift/ date wise employee availability details (Date Format).

To Date

The end date until which you require to record / view the associated shift/ date wise employee availability details (Date Format).

The system displays the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Note: The system retrieves the Shift code and Datewise availability (including Skill association details) details mapped for the Work Center selected in the header.

This page allows you to associate the shifts to the work center. You can also view the details of the shifts that have been already associated to the work center.

You can select the work center for which the shifts are to be associated. You can associate the shifts to the work center by specifying the shift code and the date range during which the shift remains effective to the work center. You can also re-define the association between the shifts and the work centers.
